Outdoor tourism, or more simply 'in the open air', undoubtedly represents the future development of the travel market. We are not talking about extreme sports or grueling activities, but simply a way of visiting a country at a different speed. Walking maybe among vineyards or olive groves, or stopping to have a chat with the inhabitants of a village… a slow tourism, which gives us time to look at what surrounds us, to taste colors and scents, imprinting images in our minds that will remain forever.
